Duration: 6+ months
Project Description: Define the business requirements as ServiceNow user stories that can be handed off to a ServiceNow developer, perform ServiceNow demos and showcase the platform capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Support the analysis and design of architecture functions in ServiceNow
- Identify and define detailed requirements for Service Fulfillment leveraging knowledge of ServiceNow
- Create designs and integrations to perform ServiceNow demos and showcase platform custom capabilities
- Support analysis and design of new function business processes for ServiceNow
- Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community perspective
Requirements
Required Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow for Telecom module
- Experience in modeling products in ServiceNow using product and service characteristics
- Experience in the telecom industry and related ServiceNow structures (desired)
