The Governance Compliance Project Coordinator will help coordinate, manage, and maintain projects within the fintech organization.
Responsibilities include working with various teams, assisting with governance and prioritization, identifying gaps and process improvements, and managing workload and updates.
The coordinator will monitor for potential conflicts, dependencies, capacity, and resource challenges, escalating issues as appropriate.
Example tasks include writing rules, models, policies, procedures, and roll-out schedules (e.g., for new ATM deposit projects), and working with engineering teams to achieve project goals.
Must be local to Charlotte, NC.
Initial requirement of 5 days onsite, transitioning to a hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite per week.
Experience with Airtable or Jira preferred for schedule management.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Ability to handle escalations, dependencies, and process improvements.
Capable of writing policy procedures and project documentation.
Must be available to start ASAP, willing to undergo 2 video interviews.
6-month contract position.
