We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform to support enterprise IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and other business needs.

Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and configure applications and modules on the ServiceNow platform. Implement out-of-the-box and custom ServiceNow applications for ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, or other modules. Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Maintain system documentation and configuration standards. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and integrations. Ensure adherence to best practices in ServiceNow development and system architecture.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and administration. Strong understanding of core ServiceNow modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog. ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), or other relevant certifications. Experience with ITOM, Discovery, or Service Mapping. Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies. Experience with other ITSM platforms or enterprise service management tools. Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript, Glide, and AngularJS. Excellent knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX. Excellent understanding of integrations with REST, SOAP, and MID Server. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Benefits

40 hours per week, typically Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (HST). Contract-to-hire position with an initial contract for 12 months and potential to convert into a direct hire. Hybrid work setting, with 3 days per week in the office required. Remote work is possible for consultants with strong expertise in required skills.
