Seeking a Senior Data Science Lead to spearhead the design, development, and deployment of advanced ML models and intelligent systems within a hybrid enterprise setting.
The role demands strong expertise in cloud ML platforms, model monitoring, explainability, privacy-preserving algorithms, and experimentation frameworks.
Responsibilities include leading full-cycle ML model development, provisioning and deployment, utilizing cloud-based ML platforms for scalable solutions, implementing model monitoring and explainability (SHAP, LIME), driving initiatives in federated learning and privacy-preserving ML, guiding and mentoring data scientists, collaborating with cross-functional teams for impactful outcomes, optimizing ML pipelines, and promoting experimentation best practices.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience leading ML projects.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and available for hybrid work in Tampa, FL.
- Knowledge of A/B Testing, Blue-Green, and Canary deployments.
- Expertise in model monitoring and explainability using SHAP, LIME, and SHAPLEY.
- Strong understanding of privacy-preserving algorithms and bias detection.
- Proficiency in experimentation and optimization frameworks.
- Proven leadership in data science project delivery.
- Hands-on expertise with cloud ML platforms such as SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML, BigQuery ML, Domino Datalabs, and Databricks ML.
- Experience with model deployment techniques including Kubernetes and Kibana.
