As a Senior IT Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the organization's IT transformation journey. Key responsibilities include leading enterprise-level solution design and implementation for Oracle ERP applications, integration technologies, and data systems; ensuring optimal system performance, resolving critical escalations, and guiding internal teams and external vendors to successful outcomes; driving architectural upgrades, migrations, and system improvements that align with business objectives; collaborating with business leaders to identify technology solutions and create value propositions; partnering with vendors to develop customized solutions that meet organizational requirements; and establishing and maintaining governance, compliance, and best practices across IT systems.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect with expertise in architecture design, systems lifecycle management, and infrastructure planning.
In-depth knowledge of Oracle ERP systems, including eBS release 12.2.12, Oracle databases, middleware products, and frameworks such as FMW, BPEL, OAF, ADF, Java, and JSP.
Expertise in Oracle modules related to Order Management, Supply Chain, Projects, Finance, Service, and Field Service.
Proficiency in cloud-based technologies and API management tools.
Certifications or knowledge in Salesforce Cloud and MuleSoft (preferred).
Project management certifications in Waterfall or Agile methodologies (preferred).
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and proven experience aligning business requirements with IT solutions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Experience managing outsourced service providers and maintaining compliance with internal controls.
Willingness to travel as needed for project collaboration.
