We are seeking an experienced Software Developer with strong expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS cloud technologies.
This role focuses on building scalable web applications and data pipelines for a leading IT services firm.
Responsibilities include: designing and developing large-scale web applications, services, and data pipelines; improving software engineering practices including code quality, documentation, and architecture; building and maintaining cloud-based applications with AWS (Lambdas, EKS); implementing automated build, test, and deployment workflows; and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of relevant software development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Node.js.
Solid experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, Postgres).
Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and AWS services.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Must be local to Austin, TX (onsite only).
Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preference for local candidates with immediate availability.
