Manages all aspects of a diverse analytics project on an aggressive timeline. Drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk management. Utilizes expertise and leadership skills to direct staff and resolve issues to ensure project goals and requirements are met. Works collaboratively across multiple teams, including clients, client partners, data engineers, and data scientists. Organizes and leads regular project meetings to provide updates on project status, milestones, and upcoming tasks while elevating outcomes, risks, and mitigation plans. Prepares and maintains project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk assessments. Works autonomously after receiving general instructions on routine work and detailed guidance from more senior members on all new tasks. Work is reviewed in detail at frequent intervals for accuracy.
Requirements
Proven experience in managing technical projects across the full lifecycle. Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams. College Degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of experience. Prior experience working with data engineering or data science teams. QSR experience strongly preferred.
