As a founding Strategy & Operations Associate, you’ll have ownership over new AI initiatives driving LiveFlow’s Go-To-Market strategy for CFOs. Responsibilities include developing a deep understanding of LiveFlow’s ideal customer profile, articulating the platform’s value for various financial modeling use cases, executing Generative Engine Optimization to increase LiveFlow’s presence across AI platforms, creating and publishing content targeting finance professionals, analyzing the performance of financial content and adjusting for better engagement, generating reports to inform content strategy, identifying new initiatives by forming hypotheses and delivering executive-level proposals, collaborating across teams to fuel growth, and remaining adaptable to new opportunities, working directly under the CEO and COO.
At least 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment such as investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or early-stage startups.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize ideas into clear, easy-to-follow language.
Familiarity with sales and marketing campaigns or willingness to learn.
Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to test, fail, and learn quickly.
Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies in AI and Search.
Strong Excel and Google Sheets knowledge (e.g., proficiency with INDEX).
